Please email us if you are interested for something that isn't offered.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and by PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account don't worry you can sign in as a guest. We use PayPal because it is a very secure site.
How long will delivery take?
We have a handling time of two business days. If your package is sent via priority mail, it should take about five days to arrive (includes handling time). We only ship Mon-Thur. to avoid shipment sitting at a depot over the weekend.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What exactly happens after I ordering the Bonsai?
After ordering the Bonsai you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our nursery within one or two business days.
How do you package my Bonsai?
For Bonsai or plants in particular, everything will be assembled as pictured. (with the exception of potted lucky bamboo).  We first water the tree thoroughly and wrap the Bonsai pot with saran wrap to prevent the rocks and soil from falling out. We then place it in a box and completely fill it with Styrofoam peanuts to prevent the Bonsai tree from moving around.
